A. No. The payment address you have always used will remain.
A. Beginning around May 7 you will log into your mortgage portal with a new username and password. Follow these steps to register for your account:
- Go to homeownersadvantage.com and log in through the link at the top of the page
- Click “Register Your Account”
- Follow the instructions to set up your username and password
A. Yes. While the mortgage portal will look different, you will be able to make payments and manage your mortgage like you have always done.
A. Yes. You will be able to access your eStatements through your mortgage portal under “View your documents.”
A. Yes. Between May 1 and May 6, you will not have access to view your mortgage payments and history. If you have payments scheduled, they will be posted on or around May 7.
A. If you need to make a change to your May automatic mortgage payment, please call 877-266-7722, option 5, then press 3 no later than April 28.
Future changes to your automatic payments must be communicated at least three business days prior to the scheduled payment by calling 877-266-7722, option 5, then press 3.
